These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of WandersVista Airlines services and the WandersVista website operated under Sunrise Travel LLC. By purchasing a ticket, using our site, or traveling on our aircraft you agree to these Terms.
Your itinerary/e-ticket receipt forms the contract of carriage. Fares apply only to transportation between listed points. Ancillary services (baggage, seat selection, WiFi) are separate.
Passenger names must match government-issued identification. Minor spelling corrections may incur administrative fees.
Refundable, flexible, and promotional fares have differing change/refund conditions displayed at purchase. Promo fares are typically non-refundable.
We may adjust departure times. Significant changes (over 3 hours) entitle you to rebooking or refund options.
Minimum check-in time: 60 minutes international, 45 minutes domestic. Boarding gate closes 15 minutes prior to departure. Failure to appear voids carriage without refund (except refundable fares).
Standard allowances published on our baggage page. Prohibited and restricted items follow IATA and local regulations. We are not liable for fragile or perishable items unless declared and accepted with special handling.
Transport of lithium batteries, medical oxygen, firearms, and hazardous materials requires prior approval and documentation.
In events within our control we provide duty-of-care: meals, communication, accommodation (overnight) and rebooking. Compensation subject to applicable jurisdiction regulations.
Refund requests must be submitted within 12 months of ticket issuance. Non-refundable fares may allow credit vouchers minus service fees.
International carriage is governed by the Montreal Convention where applicable. Our liability for baggage loss is limited per passenger unless higher value declared.
We provide mobility aid, medical clearance review, and seating accommodations. Notify us at least 48 hours pre-departure.

Terms interpreted under the laws of the primary place of business of Sunrise Travel LLC unless superseded by mandatory consumer legislation.
We may revise Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes highlighted for 30 days.
